UNIT-III
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)-concept of ETA, methods of impact assessment,is a management tool. (Marks-7)
UNIT-IV
Management of industrial pollution connected with petroleum, cement, coal and paper industries India: Disaster management: floods, earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, Psunami. (Marks-7)

3. Monitoring of noise pollution by using sound meter.
4. To study the vegetation of a disturbed and undisturbed site.
UNIT-II
(Project report) (Marks: 10
Each student should be given project work related to biodiversity inventory/environmental pollution. A project report has to be submitted which will be evaluated by external and internal examiners during final exams.Lab notebook / Internal assessment (Marks: 5)
