Molecular Biology II 

I) Blotting technique.
ii) Protein biosynthesis.
iii) Regulation of gene expression - general principle.

Unit -IV 

Immunology I 

i) Immunity-innate and adaptive, cells, tissue and molecules of immuno system.
ii) Immunoglobulin: their structure and functions.

Unit - V 

Immunology II 

i) Immune response: Humoral immunity and cell mediated immunity.
ii) AIDS.
